5. Client Engagement
Initial Consultation: A complimentary session to assess client needs and determine the appropriate coaching plan.
Coaching Agreements: All clients are required to sign an agreement outlining the scope of services, confidentiality, and mutual expectations.Feedback Mechanism: Regular opportunities for clients to provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement of services.
6. Payment Policies
Payment Terms: Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date. Accepted methods include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. A 50% deposit is required to book coaching sessions.
Payment Penalties: A late fee of 25 euro will be applied to invoices unpaid after 14 days, with an additional 1.5% interest charge per month on the outstanding balance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No refunds will be issued for sessions canceled less than 12 hours in advance.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and session content are kept strictly confidential, in accordance with ICF guidelines and applicable privacy laws.
8. Professional Development

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, clients are encouraged to contact our office to seek a resolution. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to mediation.
10. Legal Compliance
Kickis Life Design operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing coaching practices, including business registration and insurance requirements.
